I have undertaken a commercial role within the construction industry for over 20 years and developed my commercial skills through work place learning and academic qualifications. I enjoy focusing on the technical details of construction and creating contract documentation that relates to production requirements. I provide clients with a flexible approach tailored to the specific outputs required. This can be on a fixed fee or daily rate. Often key commercial tasks require a dedicated focus outside the ongoing commercial administration of a project. This could be client variations, a key account to resolve or an extension of time claim. My focus is on delivering commercial betterment and reducing risk.

I am based in Sheffield and willing to travel if required or work from my own premises.

All appointments are IR35 checked and compliance assured with regard to HMRC regulations. An individual HMRC online assessment will completed for each commission.
